I hold a B.A. (Hons) in Combined Studies in Arts (German, Philosophy, and Russian Studies), an M.A. in Philosophy, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy, from Durham University in England.
I'm originally from the UK, and am now a US permanent resident.
I joined the Philosophy & Political Science Department at Quinnipiac University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Philosophy in September 2012, following postdoctoral fellowships at Rhodes University and at Emory University, and positions at Hunter College/CUNY and at the University of Minnesota Rochester.
Quinnipiac's B.A. in Philosophy was inaugurated in 2012. Our first five Philosophy majors graduated in May 2014. You can find our more about Quinnipiac's Philosophy program here.
